New York City Trip – Update 2

This week Erin and I will be working out the details of our Oct 14-21 New York City trip.  We’re still planning to have a meetup in the afternoon on Saturday, Oct 20.  We haven’t settled on a location yet, but the two most likely spots are Bryant Park and Central Park.  We’ll announce the exact location at least a few days before the meetup.  We want to see what the weather will be like first, and we’d also like to get a better idea of how many people are planning to attend.

If you’re interested in attending the NYC meetup on the 20th, please drop Erin an email via her contact form to let us know.  She will email you with the exact time and location as soon as we know it.  Of course I’ll also announce it here, but if you contact Erin in advance, the details will go straight to your email.  Your email address won’t be added to any other lists; this is just to help us coordinate the meetup.  If you aren’t sure whether or not you’ll be able to make it, please let Erin know you’re a maybe.

Several people have already expressed interest in getting an in-person reading from Erin sometime during our trip.  I’m not sure how much time she’ll have for readings, but she’s open to the idea, and our hotel room in Midtown should provide a quiet location.  If you’re interested in a reading Oct 14-21 in NYC, please let Erin know.  No commitment is required; at this time she’s just putting together an interest list.

A big thanks to everyone who shared their insights and suggestions for what to see and what to avoid during our trip.  I’m printing out all those emails, and Erin and I will go over them this week to help plan our trip.
