Consider the iPhone knockoff market's bar officially raised. No longer is it enough to swipe designs and iconography, now you must master the fine art of infomercials to hock your wares. This iClone thinks different with maps, photos, a motion sensor (which apparently causes its users to keep shaking the thing like a maraca), orientation sensor, Bluetooth music playback (but apparently not stereo?), 1GB of memory (via microSD), and a whole lot of impressed, devout fans in the commercial. Video after the break.

Office Depot Featured Gadget: Xbox 360 Platinum System Packs the power to bring games to life!

It's that time of year again. You know, the months where your typing slows to a crawl as your fingers gradually lose every ounce of feeling in them. Granted, there's a myriad options already out there to keep 'em thawed out, but this particular alternative just looks awfully practical. The USB Hand Warmer takes the form of a stick, enabling any frosty citizen to grab hold, wrap their digits around it and instantly feel the heat. Best of all, you can pick up a couple and get the left and right paws warmed up simultaneously. Not too shabby for $10.99 (apiece).

Probably because it's not that big of a player in the domestic cellphone space, Toshiba may not be familiar with all the ins and outs of FCC confidentiality agreements, as evidenced by its testing subcontractor leaving tons of juicy photos of the unannounced Portege G910 / G920 smartphones in those devices' recently-declassified applications. Tosh's blunder clues us in to a whole world of info about this followup to the WVGA, Windows Mobile 6 Portege G900, such as the fact that it's eschewing its predecessor's sliding form factor for the clamshell-design of the Nokia E90 (perhaps an answer to the tilting screen of HTC's TyTN II?). While full specs aren't yet available, we've pieced together that these devices (differentiated by the fact that one of them will have a crippled GPS receiver) are tri-band GSM 900/1800/1900 -- sorry, fellow Americans, no US broadband here -- with WiFi, Bluetooth, and dual cameras, and powered by a Qualcomm processor of unknown speed. Hit up the gallery below for a few more inelegant FCC glamour shots, including some dissection photos that may help our clever readers glean even more information...

No way around it, Ohayo's "design" on this here DAP is just plain criminal. If the hardware weren't slab-a-rific enough, the software interface manages to look cluttered and yet uninviting. 2GB of flash storage and a 1.8-inch OLED screen have never been put to less appealing use. Other than that we're total fans.

Details are sketchy at the moment, but some IT folks at Morrisville State College have tracked down a strong and disruptive signal being emitted from Xbox 360s, which messes with WiFi and possibly other 2.4GHz radios such as Bluetooth headsets. The signal is put out even when the console is turned off, as long as it's plugged in, since the 360 is continually looking for controllers to hook up with. Research is ongoing as to how much interference the 360 is actually causing, but apparently the signal is jumping all over the 2.4GHz band. Of course, 2.4GHz devices have always had a bit trouble with interference, but further research will tell if the 360 is taking things too far.
